Oh hey! I’m Vanessa, co-founder of Your Wedding Wingwoman and founder of our sister brand, Mountain Weddings. Over the past decade, I’ve had the incredible privilege of planning weddings all over the world, from Dolomite peaks and French chateaus to sun-soaked islands. Along the way, I’ve built an extensive network of trusted wedding suppliers and industry experts, and I’ve seen just about every wedding scenario imaginable.
Now, I’ve poured all of that experience into creating the Wingwoman Community, a space where couples can get expert guidance, insider tips, and support while planning their wedding. It’s designed so you can make confident decisions, learn from the best in the business, and connect with other couples who are on the same journey.
Whether you’re planning every detail yourself or looking for a bit of guidance along the way, the Wingwoman Community is here to make the process exciting, stress-free, and fun, because weddings are meant to be celebrated, not stressed over.

The mountains and the ocean (don’t make me pick), getting lost in new places, my charity, the strongest cheddar cheese on the shelf, good wine glasses, pillows in abundance, snowboarding, throwing epic dinner parties and of course dancing (badly but with enthusiasm)

Giving Back
Giving back is something close to my heart. I’m proud to be President of Friends of India, my charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable girls. When i’m not running weddings, i’m running the charity. We build safe, nurturing homes in India where they can grow, learn, and gain the skills they need to thrive independently as they transition into adulthood.
Each year, a portion of profits from both Your Wedding Wingwoman and Mountain Weddings is donated directly to Friends of India. That means when you plan your wedding with us, you’re not just creating an unforgettable celebration, you’re helping give these girls a brighter, more empowered future.
It’s all part of the Wingwoman ethos: celebrating love while making a real difference.
‘Anything we thought of, Vanessa found for us and immediately put us at ease. She completely understood our vision and did everything to make it happen. We wanted to get married on a lake in the mountains and we couldn't have asked for better. We worked with the best suppliers - the venue was fantastic, the food was delicious, band and DJ were super fun, hair and makeup were perfect and the flowers were gorgeous. Started the day with sunrise yoga, al fresco dining and dancing, and ended with insane fireworks over the lake. The whole wedding week was perfect’ - Jordan & Luke.
