Wedding Wingwoman Partial Planning Service Terms & Conditions
Effective upon purchase – No signature required
This Agreement is between Mountain Weddings Europe Ltd, trading as Wedding Wingwoman, registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “Wedding Wingwoman”), and you, the purchaser of the Wedding Wingwoman Partial Planning service. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Definitions
Wedding Wingwoman / We / Us: Mountain Weddings Europe Ltd.
The Service: The Wedding Wingwoman Partial Planning service, including all related materials, videos, digital downloads, and live sessions.
Client / You: The person purchasing access to the service.
Confidential Information: All non-public information disclosed by us, including proprietary service content, resources, and private group discussions.
Access & Usage
2.1 Upon purchase, you are granted a single, non-transferable licence to access the service for personal use only.
2.2 You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any service content, logins, templates, video materials, downloads, or resources.
2.3 Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action for breach of intellectual property rights.
Service Inclusions
Depending on your package, access may include:
Eight online service modules
Downloadable planning resources and templates
Weekly live Zoom Q&A sessions (available to “Your Wingwoman” package clients only)
Membership in a private online support group (“Your Wingwoman” package only)
Wedding Wingwoman digital binder (“Your Wingwoman” package only)
Please note: On-the-day coordination is not included, but may be offered separately via a distinct agreement and additional fee.
Payments & Refunds
4.1 Full payment is required upon enrolment.
4.2 All payments are non-refundable, except under the Satisfaction Guarantee outlined in Appendix 1.
4.3 No refunds will be given if the service is not completed, or if your wedding is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise does not proceed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Please refer to Appendix 1 for full eligibility criteria.
Intellectual Property
6.1 All service content is the exclusive intellectual property of Wedding Wingwoman.
6.2 You may not copy, distribute, edit, or repurpose any materials for commercial use or share them with any third party.
Disclaimer
7.1 The service is self-guided and intended for educational purposes.
7.2 While we provide tools, advice, and live support, all decisions, bookings, and arrangements are your sole responsibility.
7.3 We are not liable for outcomes involving third-party vendors or suppliers.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Wedding Wingwoman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8.2 Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all elements of the Satisfaction Guarantee (Appendix 1). No physical signature is required.
Appendix 1: Satisfaction Guarantee
Applicable only to clients of the “Your Wingwoman” package
We want you to love this service. If you complete it in full and feel it hasn’t helped you plan your wedding more confidently, we’ll refund your service fee — provided all the following conditions are met:
To qualify for a full refund:
Service Completion: You must complete 100% of the service modules and submit your completed Wedding Mastercopy as proof of full engagement.
Zoom Attendance: You must attend at least two live Zoom calls per month. Attendance is recorded and tracked.
Monthly Feedback: You must submit monthly feedback forms using the official link provided.
Final Feedback Call: You must take part in a closing feedback call with a team member, where you outline why the service did not meet your expectations.
Validity Period: Refund requests must be submitted within six months of completing the service.
One-Time Use: Only one refund per household is permitted.
Fair Use: We reserve the right to decline refund requests if the policy is misused or if service engagement is deemed insufficient.
