Our Zoom call schedule is posted weekly, and the recordings are saved and emailed over to you.

  • You can go at your own pace, but most couples work through the modules over 12-18 months.

If you're planning a longer engagement, you can space it out. If you're on a tighter timeline, you can binge it like Netflix.

  • Definitely. Even if you’ve chosen a venue or booked a few suppliers, there’s still plenty to gain, from timeline tools to guest list guidance, budget tracking, and avoiding common mistakes down the line.

  • We offer a 6-month satisfaction guarantee on the full Wedding Wingwoman course.

If you’ve completed the course in full, joined the live support calls, and still didn’t find it helpful, we’ll give you your money back (see T&Cs here).

  • We do! Though we are now fully booked through to 2027, so get in touch if you are looking for a full planning service after this.

  • Great question! If you are using our Wingwoman course or just planning on your own and want someone to just run the day on the ground for you, then we offer this package.

WEDDING PLANNING HELP FAQS

  • Start by figuring out what matters most to you.

Is it the guest experience? The food? A stunning location? Then build from there.

We recommend starting with your budget, guest list, and timeline, and yes, we have free tools to help.

  • Break your timeline down into months and tackle one big item a month. Then make sure you create a separate timeline for the big day, noting when each thing is supposed to happen and who is in charge of that.

In Wedding Wingwoman, we walk you through a planning timeline that breaks the process into manageable stages, from engagement to honeymoon.

We also give you a downloadable master timeline to adapt for your date.

  • Start by working out your total spend, then divide it into categories like venue, food, dress, decor, etc.

Our Budget Breakdown Tool (available in the course and as a separate download) makes this easy, and shows you where real couples typically spend their money.

  • Everything from booking your venue to writing your vows, and yes, it can be a bit overwhelming.

That’s why we created a step-by-step checklist that covers all the essentials and when to do them.

  • It depends on your date and location, but in general:

    • Venue: 12–18 months out

    • Caterer: 12 months out

    • Photographer: 10–12 months out

    • Florist / Decor: 8–10 months out

    • Hair & Makeup: 6–8 months out

We cover this in more detail in the Wingwoman course.

  • You’re not alone. Family drama can be tricky but remember, this is your big day.

Remain polite and calm and remind people that this day is about you and your love for your partner.

We’ve helped many couples navigate tricky dynamics, and we share scripts, advice, and practical tips in our live Zoom calls and private community.

  • Not if you have the right support!

That’s exactly why we created Wedding Wingwoman, to give you the guidance of pro planners without the price tag.

If you like being hands-on but want help making sure you don’t miss anything, this is for you.

If you need assistance with on the day coordination of your wedding, we offer add ons to the course for this. We’d love to be by your side on your big day!

  • Organisation is key. Create an excel spreadsheet with a page for every supplier and every detail on there. Cost, menus, flowers, songs, make sure everything that comes into your head is written down in the right tab.

In our course we share our Mastercopy document, which is a one-stop place for all your suppliers, contacts, timelines, and logistics. We swear by it, and so do our couples.

  • You can’t avoid every hiccup, but you can feel prepared.

Our approach helps you feel confident, calm, and organised, like having a planning best friend who actually knows what they’re doing.
