Wedding Wingwoman Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms and Conditions
We’re confident you’ll love Wedding Wingwoman. But if you complete the full course and feel it hasn’t helped you plan your wedding more confidently, we’ll refund you in full. No hard feelings.
That said, our Satisfaction Guarantee does come with a few clear conditions. We’re offering this in good faith, and we ask that you give the course your full commitment before deciding it’s not for you.
To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. Course Completion
You must complete 100 percent of the Wedding Wingwoman course, including all video modules and downloadable content. You’ll be required to submit a completed version of your Wedding Mastercopy as proof that you’ve worked through the course materials and put them into action.
2. Zoom Attendance
You must attend a minimum of two live Zoom calls per month throughout your participation in the course. Attendance will be tracked to verify engagement and participation.
3. Monthly Feedback
You must submit monthly feedback, using our feedback form, to share your honest thoughts and help us shape the course as we grow. This includes constructive insights about what’s working, what’s not, and what you need more support with.
4. Final Feedback Call
If, after completing the course in full, you still feel it didn’t provide value, you must take part in a final feedback call with a member of our team. This is a chance to explain where the course fell short and help us understand your experience.
5. Validity Period
The Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for six months from the date you complete the full course. Any refund request must be submitted within this window and supported by the conditions listed above.
6. One Time Use
The Satisfaction Guarantee may only be claimed once per person and per household.
7. Fair Use Clause
This policy is designed to support genuinely dissatisfied users. We reserve the right to decline a refund if there is evidence of incomplete course engagement or misuse of the policy.
If all of the above conditions are met and you still feel the course didn’t deliver, we will process your refund in full.
